and creativity have made of our Chef Marco Ieva a real
kitchen artist. The origin of his receipes, in steady
evolution, is always the love for Italian - and Piemontese
in particular - tradition.
The
several experiences he has made have tought him the importance
of the typical regional products, which must be mixed
with fantasy but also attention to the customers' taste.
Love
for his job, respect for the quality, research and creativity
are the peculiarities of our chef.

is a spontaneous cooking, based on the respect of tradition.
It is a sensitive cooking: there is nothing really new,
because we get always inspiration from something that
already exists, but I like introducing new details by
following my intuition."
